Peer Review 同行評議
The journal combines editorial screening with peer review. After an initial review by the editorial office, submissions are sent, according to their nature, to specialists in the relevant field or to independent reviewers. As a rule, scholarly articles should receive comments from at least two reviewers or editorial experts.
Review focuses on the value of the topic, reliability of the materials, research method, logical argument, citation practice, academic expression, and the limits of the conclusions. On this basis the editorial office may accept, accept with revisions, request revision and further review, or decline a manuscript.
Publication Ethics 出版倫理
Authors must guarantee that submissions are original and free from plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabricated materials, falsified data, or false attribution. Articles involving experiments, interviews, field research, or case records should respect the rights of those involved and, where necessary, omit information that could identify private individuals.
For phenomena that remain contested, exploratory, or not fully explained by mainstream science, the journal encourages careful documentation and reasoned discussion. It does not encourage inflated conclusions, mystifying publicity, or the presentation of insufficiently verified views as established fact.
